Order Accuracy

Please include your VIN number on all orders so we can verify parts fit your specific application if your order did NOT include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered!  If we find a discrepancy we will place your order on hold and inquire as to your intentions.  We in no way guarantee fitment on items looked up through our catalog as we look to see that items fit that vehicle.  We will do our best to catch errors before processing your order, however vehicle options and production dates may allow there to be several different item to fit on year and model of vehicle.  (IE there may be 4 different alternators used on a vehicle based on options in a certain year example 100 amp 105 amp 115 amp and a 140 amp). If ever in question please email us at patrick@shopgmparts.com and we will generally respond within 24-48 hours with the part number and price you need. 

Pricing

All older or discontinued items may not be listed at the proper price.  If there is a minimal price discrepancy (within $3.00 per item) we will adjust the price to current pricing.  If there is a major discrepancy (over $3.00 per item) we will contact you and will place your order entire order on hold until we obtain your approval.  Every month GM has price adjustments which take a few days to update in our system.  If there is a minimal price discrepancy (within $3.00 per item) we will adjust the price to current pricing. If an exact price is needed please email us at patrick@shopgmparts.com for a quote. 

Shipping Charges

Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges, please email us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional shipping charges. 

Shipping Time

Most instock items ship within 24-48 hours of order placement.  Some special order items may take 7-10 buisness days to arrive to us for shipment.  The website does not represent that an item is in stock, only that it is an item that is was on file with GM.
